Shipping policy

We offer delivery to Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, South Coast, Wollongong & Canberra as well as surrounding regions within New South Wales. Deliveries may be sent via our own delivery vehicles, or, a 3rd party courier, depending on the order and delivery location.

Pick-up is also available from our warehouse located in Villawood, New South Wales.

Delivery charges are calculated by distance with a base rate + kilometre rate, which varies according to the kilometre range. To get a delivery price, enter your address in the checkout and it will automatically calculate the rate based on your delivery address.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery route is accessible by a 6 tonne truck. Our delivery service includes unloading your order, whether by hand or by crane, to within 3 metres of the delivery vehicle in a place where it is safe and legal to park the vehicle. If you require assistance moving the goods to another area which is not accessible by a delivery vehicle (truck or ute), you must advise our team prior to ordering so we can adjust the delivery charge accordingly (i.e. to backyard, upstairs, to balcony, side of house).

Our team will contact you to advise you of an estimated delivery day. If you are not home and able to accept the order, please provide detailed instructions on where to place the goods at your delivery address. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery, time-stamped photos will be taken of the goods delivered as proof of delivery. Premier Lattice and/or 3rd party courier services have no responsibility of the goods once they have been delivered.
